Sexual health is an essential part of mental and emotional well-being. This training is designed to help mental health therapists build confidence and competence in addressing sexuality within clinical practice. Participants will learn how common mental health diagnoses can impact sexual functioning and behavior, and how sexual orientation, gender identity, demographics, and kink sexual practices influence sexual expression and experiences. The presentation emphasizes normalizing conversations about sexuality in therapy and provides a practical sexual health assessment tool to support more comprehensive, ethical, and affirming client care.
